HRM (Human Resources Manager) – Dubai BasedJob ResponsibilitiesOversee full spectrum of HR operations for the UAE entity, covering recruitment, compensation & performance management, training, and employee relationsDevelop and implement HR policies, systems and standard procedures for the UAE teamAdminister employee onboarding, offboarding and attendance managementManage work visa processing for foreign employees, administer compensation & benefits, and handle all other ad-hoc HR matters.Job RequirementBachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or relevant disciplinesMinimum 8 years of end-to-end HR management experience, including no less than 3 years working experience in the UAESound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MoHRE regulations and foreign staff visa application procedures; proficient in core HR functions including recruitment, training as well as compensation & benefits administration.Prior experience building HR systems and policies from scratch is preferred.Fluent in both English and Chinese.
