Human Resources Manager

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboardingDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talentManage employee onboarding, documentation and HR recordsConduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one evaluationsMonitor and analyze employee KPIs, targets and performance trendsPrepare monthly HR and performance reports for managementIdentify performance gaps and coordinate with HODs/TLs on performance improvement plansTrack attendance, leaves, punctuality and employee disciplineEnsure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policiesManage employee relations, grievances and workplace concernsDevelop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and processesCoordinate employee confirmations, promotions, transfers and disciplinary actionsSupport management with manpower planning and organizational requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentationCoordinate with Accounts/Admin on payroll inputs, attendance and employee-related mattersMonitor employee engagement, retention and workplace cultureConduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trendsProvide management with HR insights and recommendations to improve productivity and employee performanceRequirements:3+ years of HR experience in UAE Real Estate – MANDATORYStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practicesProven experience in real estate recruitment and HR operationsStrong understanding of KPI analysis and performance managementExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsStrong ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentImmediate joiners preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive SalaryCareer growth and development opportunitiesDynamic and performance-driven work environmentVisa benefitsOpportunity to be part of a rapidly growing real estate organization📍 Location: Dubai, UAE📩 Interested candidates?
