We’re Hiring – HR Manager | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaA leading logistics services company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources function and support the company’s continued growthKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.Oversee government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures.Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of HR experiencePrevious experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or a similar operational industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.How to Apply: via the below linkhttps://zurl.to/Y8aU?source=CareerSite
