We're Hiring: Human Capital Localization & Capability Development ManagerMadinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Government & Public ServiceWhat you'll do:Lead human capital localization strategies aligned with national Saudization goalsDrive talent acquisition efforts to build strong local talent pipelinesDesign and deliver training, mentorship, and career development programsPartner with business leaders to close skill gaps through tailored development plansOwn succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance developmentReport on localization KPIs and capability outcomes to senior stakeholdersLiaise with HRDF, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and other government entitiesBuild partnerships with universities, training providers, and industry bodiesWhat you bring:10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR development, or localization/capability-building A proven track record delivering Saudization and localization programsStrong expertise in training needs analysis and capability program designExperience engaging with government entities on workforce nationalizationExcellent stakeholder management and program leadership skillsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD/SHRM a plus)Fluency in Arabic and English preferredWillingness to be based in Madinah, KSA
