In this role, you will be a strategic business partner to site leadership, managing everything from high-volume recruitment for skilled trades and labor to employee relations, safety compliance, and labor law adherence in a fast-paced environment.If you thrive on shop floors or job sites, understand the nuances of a plant or field workforce, and want to build a strong workplace culture, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse workforce, including hourly plant/construction workers, skilled technicians, supervisors, and engineering/administrative staff.Employee Relations & Site Culture: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and site leadership. Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and retention initiatives.Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure complete compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws (FLSA, OSHA, EEO, Workers' Compensation, FMLA).Safety & Workers’ Compensation: Partner with Safety/EHS managers to oversee safety protocols, manage workers’ compensation claims, and facilitate return-to-work programs.Performance & Compensation: Administer performance management systems, oversee payroll processing/time tracking accuracy, and manage local competitive compensation and benefits programs.Training & Development: Coordinates onboarding, mandatory safety trainings, supervisor leadership training, and apprenticeship programs.QualificationsSolid experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices in employee relations and conflict resolution.Deep understanding of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation.Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain confidential records, and use HRIS or related HR software effectively.Proven skills in organizing training, supporting employee development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Experience working in fast-paced consumer goods, FMCG, or similar environments is beneficial.Fluency in English and Khmer, with the ability to prepare clear written communications and reports.
