Mander provides opportunities to grow within a vibrant hospitality setting and contribute to a brand known for celebrating every meal.Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position oversees the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting managers with workforce planning and talent development. The Human Resources Manager will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and retention, and ensure fair, consistent application of HR practices across the restaurant and franchise operations. Daily responsibilities also include handling payroll coordination inputs, managing benefits administration, and serving as a trusted point of contact for HR-related inquiries.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations within hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics and employee well-being.Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with the ability to manage HR documentation, payroll-related data, and personnel records accurately and confidentially.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and diverse teams.Proven capability in training and development, including organizing staff training, coaching managers, and supporting career growth initiatives.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably in hospitality industries in the UAE.
