Prime Luxury Properties is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Dubai real estate industry and a strong understanding of recruiting property consultants, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and UAE labour regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment process for real estate agents and support staffSource, interview, and onboard qualified candidatesDevelop HR policies, procedures, and performance management systemsMaintain employee records, attendance, contracts, and documentationCoordinate training and development programmesSupport management in building a productive and positive work cultureHandle employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labour lawsMonitor agent performance, retention, and workforce requirementsRequirementsProven HR experience within the Dubai real estate industry is mandatoryStrong recruitment network and knowledge of the UAE property marketGood understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-timeInterested candidates can send their CV to raj@primerealtydxb.com
