Let’s build stronger healthcare brands and better patient experiences together.Key Responsibilities• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks in compliance with UAE Labour Law.• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.• Oversee payroll preparation and ensure compliance with the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS).• Manage employee relations, address concerns and disputes, and foster a positive and motivating work environment.• Manage employee files, attendance records, leave administration, and performance-evaluation processes.• Coordinate visa applications, residency procedures, licensing, and other government-related services.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree or CIPD/SHRM certification is preferred.• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR management.• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, including Emiratisation requirements.• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.What We Offer• Competitive salary based on experience.• Transportation and housing allowances.• Comprehensive health insurance and annual flight tickets.To apply: Send your CV to info@creativeintelligent.ae
