With a large international workforce and a highly regulated operating environment, the organization continues to strengthen its people infrastructure, HR governance, and employee experience as it scales globally.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen day-to-day HR operations while ensuring consistent HR practices, policies, and processes across the organization.The role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong experience across employee relations, HR operations, performance management, policies, workforce administration, onboarding, and UAE employment practices. The HR Manager will work closely with business leaders, employees, Recruitment, Finance, Administration, and other internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are structured, compliant, practical, and aligned with business requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through employee changes, performance management, and offboarding.Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace matters.Manage and resolve employee relations matters professionally, consistently, and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.Develop, review, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee guidelines, and internal HR documentation.Support managers with performance management, probation reviews, performance improvement plans, disciplinary matters, and employee development discussions.Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure employees are effectively integrated into the organization.Coordinate employee documentation, contracts, renewals, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and other employment-related activities.Ensure HR practices remain aligned with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment requirements.Work closely with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate processing of employee changes, payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and final settlements.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and personnel files remain complete and up to date.Support workforce planning, organizational changes, restructuring activities, and headcount reporting where required.Monitor HR metrics including headcount, turnover, probation, employee movement, absenteeism, and other relevant workforce indicators.Support employee engagement, retention, communication, and workplace culture initiatives.Coordinate with Recruitment and business leaders to ensure effective handover between hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee management.Provide HR reporting and insights to management to support people-related decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, controls, documentation, and employee experience.Support broader HR projects and organizational initiatives as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.Approximately 7–12+ years of HR experience, including demonstrated experience managing broad HR responsibilities.Previous experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, or comparable position.Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices within the UAE.Proven experience across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.Strong experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and advise managers on HR-related matters.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a hands-on role combining operational HR delivery with process improvement and people management.Experience within financial services, fintech, technology, professional services, or another fast-paced international organization would be advantageous.Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent would be an advantage.
