We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to appoint an experienced HR Manager to support operational excellence while partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives.This is a confidential opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to broaden their business partnering experience and play a key role in supporting operational leaders across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Partner directly with Operations Managers to provide strategic and operational HR support• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices• Manage employee relations, performance management, and workforce issues• Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities and workforce planning• Drive HR process improvements and ensure effective utilization of HRIS systems• Manage departmental budgets and support resource planning initiatives• Influence key stakeholders and provide HR guidance to support business objectives• Contribute to the ongoing development of HR strategies, policies, and people initiativesCandidate Profile:• Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Supervisor• Approximately 3+ years of experience leading an HR team• Strong operational HR background with broad generalist experience• Proven experience across HR Operations, HR Services, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS• Experience managing HR budgets and supporting business decision-making• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment• Looking to transition into a broader HR Business Partner role with greater strategic exposure• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, drilling, oil & gas, or similar sectors is highly desirableThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading organization and take the next step towards a strategic HR Business Partner career while continuing to make a tangible impact on business performance.If you have the relevant experience—or know someone who would be a great fit—I would be happy to discuss this opportunity in complete confidence.
