Its services cover end-to-end transaction support and tailored investment strategies aligned with each client’s financial objectives.Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves developing and updating HR policies in line with local labor laws, managing payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records. The Human Resources Manager will support leadership with workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs. The role also includes handling disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment that supports business objectives. Collaboration with management to drive organizational culture and support staff retention and growth is a key part of the role.QualificationsLead the end-to-end recruitment of real estate agents in Dubai, with a strong focus on hiring experienced and motivated commission-based property consultants.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment networks, referrals, and industry contacts.Work closely with the management to understand manpower requirements and recruit agents aligned with the company’s targets and culture.Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in the local market.Experience with payroll, benefits administration, HRIS or HR software, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.Proven ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.Previous HR management experience in real estate or a related industry in the UAE is preferred.What we Offer:-Competitive salary package.Professional and supportive working environment.Opportunities for career growth and development.Performance-based incentives, where applicable.Opportunity to be part of a growing real estate organization.To Apply:Please submit your CV here.
