About the JobPosition: HR ManagerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Veterinary / Animal HealthcareReporting To: Senior ManagementRole OverviewA well-established, multi-location veterinary clinic group in Riyadh, currently in an active growth phase, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across its clinics.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires across all locationsHR Operations & Compliance• Manage GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad/WPS processes• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law• Oversee employee records, contracts, and government portal requirementsPayroll & Employee Relations• Manage payroll coordination and processing• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance managementPolicy & Development• Build and maintain HR policies and procedures across all locations• Support workforce planning as the business growsRequirements:• Saudi National (required)• 5+ years of HR Manager experience in Saudi Arabia• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad)• Proven experience building or scaling HR functions• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM/CIPD certification a plus• Fluent Arabic and English
