Human Resources Manager – Luxury Restaurant Group | Los Angeles, CAA prestigious high-end restaurant group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its growing operations in Los Angeles, California.We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage the local HR function while partnering closely with Corporate HR leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full scope of HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and compliance.Partner with restaurant leadership on people-related initiatives and business needs.Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and programs.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR practices and employment matters.Monitor employee engagement, turnover, and organizational needs.Support compensation, benefits, and HR compliance initiatives.Partner with Corporate HR on company-wide programs and strategic initiatives.Requirements:HR experience within high-end restaurants, fine dining, or premium restaurant operations.Previous HR experience in Los Angeles/California is strongly preferred, with solid knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.4+ years of progressive HR experience.Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role.Strong hands-on experience across the full HR function and ability to work independently.Strong employee relations and business partnering skills.Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and HR technology.Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.📍 Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaIf you are an experienced HR professional with a background in high-end restaurants or fine dining and are interested in joining a prestigious restaurant group during an exciting period of growth, we would be pleased to connect.
