Update HR Manual.Performance Management System: Handling AppraisalsStatutory Compliance & IR: ESI audit, factory audit by ensuring 100% statutory compliance and annual return submission under Factory Act, Minimum wages act, Maternity Benefit act, Workmen Compensation Act, Contract Labour Act, & Payment of Wages Act through robust HR audits.Attendance & Payroll: Ensure timely execution of all payroll, NON CTC claims & Reimbursements. Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and benefits. Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves.Employee Life Cycle: Talent Acquisition & Management, Recruitment Process, on Boarding, BGVManpower planning: Optimize manpower planning by aligning it with business goals, conduct a thorough skill gap analysis to identify current and future needs.Training & Development: 100% employees trained in core competencies annually through structured TNI and 100% implementation of the Training plan.Employee Relationship: Design and implement employee engagement & recognition initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment and to enhance employee experience.Education: Graduate / PGExperience: 8+ years of experienceJob Location: IMT, Manesar
