Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function for the organization. This role serves as the primary HR resource, partnering with leadership to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The HR Manager manages the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, leave administration, performance management, HRIS administration, reporting, wellness initiatives, and policy development while continuously improving HR processes.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding· Manage full-cycle recruitment including job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and maintain an active talent pipeline.· Coordinate new hire documentation.· Develop onboarding programs and assign required ADP training.Employee Relations & Performance Management· Serve as primary HR resource for employees, managers and leadership.· Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations matters.· Coach managers on performance, discipline, and employee development.· Administer and improve performance management, PIPs, surveys (30/60/90-day, pulse, exit).Payroll Administration· Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now.· Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits, and maintain payroll records.Benefits & Leave Administration· Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, 401(k), and COBRA.· Coordinate open enrollment and employee benefit changes.· Manage HSA funding/reporting and vendor relationships.· Administer FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, Paid Family Leave, disability, statutory and personal leaves.HR Compliance· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.· Maintain HR policies, procedures, handbook, and personnel files.· Prepare ACA, EEO, and other compliance reporting.· Utilize ADP SmartCompliance and Document Cloud.· Maintain labor law posters and HR compliance calendar.· Manage record retention and destruction.HRIS, Reporting & Analytics· Administer ADP Workforce Now and employee records.· Maintain organizational charts.· Prepare HR metrics, workforce analytics, salary analysis, budgeting, and compensation reporting.· Use advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.Wellness, Safety & Process Improvement· Develop and administer the wellness program and maximize wellness funding.· Develop safety program initiatives with ADP and maintain Workers' Compensation COIs.· Review HR invoices and coordinate vendor payments.· Expand ADP Employee Center resources.· Develop and improve HR policies, forms, job descriptions, communications, and processes.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.· Five (5)+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Management experience.· Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance.· Experience with ADP Workforce Now, SmartCompliance, and HRIS administration preferred.· Advanced to Expert Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, data analysis).· Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.Benefits· Full-time, exempt position· Competitive salary based on experience· 15 PTO days· 5 Personal Day
