Officially established as Nomin Construction LLC in 2002, the company has since expanded into large-scale residential projects and diversified services in construction, design, landscaping, timber cultivation, steel production, furniture manufacturing, light steel framing, and non-bank financial services. Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulaanbaatar Khan Uul District, responsible for overseeing all HR functions across NCD Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters; maintaining accurate HR records and compliance with local labor regulations; and supporting learning and development programs for technical and professional staff. QualificationsStrong expertise in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with labor laws and regulations.Skills in compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, and HR data reporting and analysis.Ability to design and support training, career development, and talent management initiatives for technical and professional staff.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Prior experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction, engineering, or large project-based organizations.
