Human Resources Manager

We are recruiting for a highly reputable manufacturing organization in the Rancho Cordova area that seeks a dedicated Human Resources Manager. This on-site position in with a competitive annual salary up to $120,000- $125,000, commensurate with experience. Our clients offer a friendly family working environment. preet@pacificstaffing.comThe qualified candidate will have at least 5-7 years' experience with employee relations, employee engagement and strong training experience.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and foster a high-performance culture.Assist with employee relations and employee engagement issues.Update the Employee Handbook to meet legal requirements and reflect best practices. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Provide guidance on disciplinary actions to ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures. Advise management on resolving employee issues and mediating conflicts.Supervise recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Implement performance management systems to support employee development and improve organizational effectiveness.Identify professional development needs and lead the creation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferredAt least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or director-level role, preferably within a healthcare settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on solutionsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteComprehensive knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
