The environment encourages creative exploration, professional growth, and a strong commitment to design excellence.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Team Manager role based in Mumbai. The Creative Team Manager will lead and coordinate a team of designers and architects, oversee project workflows, and ensure that creative outputs align with client expectations and studio standards. Daily responsibilities include assigning tasks, reviewing design concepts and presentations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting the team in meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on project planning, facilitating communication between design, technical, and client-facing teams, and helping maintain efficient studio operations. The Creative Team Manager is expected to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that supports innovation and professional development.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in leading and managing creative or design teams, with strong people management and mentorship capabilities.Professional background in architecture, interior design, or related fields, with the ability to understand and guide design concepts and project requirements.Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent projects.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Proficiency with common design and documentation tools (such as CAD, 3D modeling, and presentation software) is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and engage in a fast-paced, detail-oriented studio environment.A commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory team practices and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
