Human Resources Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established industrial multinational organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will have a strong strategic focus across HR strategy, organizational development, talent, management partnering, and operational HR leadership.The RolePartner closely with senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, retention, and people development initiatives across the organization.Oversee HR operations, employee relations, policies, recruitment, administration, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law.The RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of HR experience, including solid experience in an HR management or leadership capacity.Strong HR generalist and strategic HR background, with excellent knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and the ability to operate effectively within a matrix structure and international, multicultural environment.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English required; experience within an industrial environment is highly preferred, together with a demonstrated ability to recruit and manage high-volume staffing requirements.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
