قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe’re working with a growing international business in the construction and engineering sector to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their Dublin HQ.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, autonomous and close to the business, while also having the opportunity to shape and develop HR processes and practices.Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function across the business, supporting employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including:Managing the full recruitment process, from job specifications and sourcing through to interviews and offers.Developing and managing a structured onboarding experience for new employees.Overseeing offboarding, including exit interviews and employee handovers.Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, supporting managers with performance, grievance and disciplinary matters.Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures alongside the Chief People Officer.Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with Irish and UK employment legislation.Managing employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.Coordinating performance management, probation reviews, appraisals and objective setting.Supporting workforce planning, organisational structure and headcount requirements.Coordinating learning and development initiatives and identifying training needs.Working closely with payroll and finance on contracts, salary changes, benefits and leave.Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and company culture initiatives.What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the HR function and build strong, trusted relationships across the business.You’ll ideally have:5+ years’ experience in an HR generalist or HR management position.A strong understanding of both Irish and UK employment law.Experience managing HR across UK and Irish operations.A proven track record across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage a varied workload.Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office.Experience within construction, engineering or another technical/onsite environment would be an advantage.A degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.CIPD Level 5 or above.Why Join?This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing international organisation where people are genuinely central to the business.You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of the HR agenda, work closely with senior leadership and make a visible impact on the employee experience and wider people strategy.You can expect:Competitive salary and benefits package.Pension scheme.Ongoing learning and professional development.Paid sick leave.Paid volunteering days.Wellness initiatives and employee support programmes.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for career development and progression.The opportunity to work within a growing international business on high-profile projects.
