Synergy Ventures is focused on building long-term partnerships and welcomes professionals interested in contributing to its growth and diversification.Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role oversees the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across Synergy Ventures’ diverse business units. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies, coordinate workforce planning, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include partnering with department leaders on staffing needs, managing HR documentation and systems, handling conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves developing training programs, advising on compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.QualificationsStrong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with experience hiring across multiple functions.Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution to support a healthy organizational culture.Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Cambodian labor laws.Ability to design and deliver training, development, and onboarding programs that support employee growth and retention.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Previous HR management experience in hospitality, services, or multi-industry organizations is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Fluency in English; proficiency in Khmer and/or other regional languages is a plus.
