Human Resources Manager

Our client, a leading industrial company, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the development and enhancement of its HR function, with a strong focus on building effective HR systems, policies, and organizational practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems.Lead HR development initiatives and strengthen the overall HR function.Develop and manage Talent Management strategies and programs.Establish and implement effective Succession Planning frameworks.Lead Job Evaluation and contribute to the development of competitive Compensation & Benefits structures.Develop and enhance Performance Management systems and processes.Ensure HR practices are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and industrial business needs.Support organizational development, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and practices to support business growth.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong experience in HR Development and building HR systems and frameworks.Proven expertise in HR Policies, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.Strong understanding of HR best practices and organizational development.Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR processes and systems effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
