The business is growing steadily, including the launch of a new flagship store in Coimbatore, creating ongoing opportunities for professional development and career growth.Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for store and corporate teams. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily activities include handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting leaders with workforce planning and organizational change. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, HR metrics, and supporting a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with The Maark Trendz values.Qualifications Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Experience with HR policies, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and labor law compliance.Ability to design and deliver training, support talent development, and manage succession planning.Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, and basic data analysis for HR metrics and reporting.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail or service environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in retail or multi-location operations.
