Functions:Manage personnel administration, employee turnover, and absenteeism initiatives.Develop and implement labor relations strategies that promote positive employee relations and workforce engagement.Collaborate closely with regional leadership throughout union negotiations, leveraging HR metrics, workforce analytics, and labor insights to develop effective bargaining strategies and achieve favorable collective agreement outcomes.Manage and resolve employee relations issues through objective, thorough, and effective investigations.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Communicate, interpret, and consistently apply company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Ensure compliance with all Human Resources processes and standards.Coordinate with appropriate HR and business stakeholders to address complex employee situations.Monitor key indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, staffing effectiveness, and labor costExperiences/Education - RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior HRBP, HR Manager, or equivalent HR leadership role.Strong knowledge of general HR practices including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with operational leadership teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and develop practical solutions.Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; TRESS experience preferred.Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.Bilingual English/Spanish.
