Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance reviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will require close collaboration with department heads to support the overall growth and success of the organization.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsExpertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processesOrganizational structure development & org chart managementManage HR functions across multiple companiesExperience in implementing HR Policies, Compliance, and Performance Management systemsStrong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws in the United Arab EmiratesHandle employee relations and performance managementManage employee health insurance policies and renewalsOversee payroll processingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is an added advantage
