Position Overview:The HR Manager leads the Human Resources function, developing and administering HR policies, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government/labour compliance for the organisation.The role covers all employees within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and those based internationally within the International Operations division, ensuring HR practices remain fully compliant in every jurisdiction where the company has assets, properties or employees under management.The HR Manager ensures the company attracts, retains and develops the personnel needed across Support Services, Private Office Local, International Operations and Finance divisions, while fostering a collaborative, "one family" workplace culture.Key Responsibility:HR Strategy, Policy & Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance:● Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and templates aligned with company-wide objectives● Oversee all HR activities for employees within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and those based internationally within the International Operations division● Ensure company remains compliant with labour law and statutory HR obligations in every jurisdiction where the organisation has assets, properties or employees under management● Advise the Director of Support Services and Department Managers on HR matters, workforce planning and organisational designRecruitment & Workforce Planning:● Manage end-to-end and support recruitment needs across other divisions, locally and internationally● Coordinate onboarding, induction and probation processes for new employees● Maintain workforce and succession plans in coordination with the Director of Support ServicesTraining & Development:● Play the lead role in designing and coordinating in-house, on-the-job training and development courses● Work with Heads of Department and the properties to identify and curate the training and development needs specific to each area● Track training completion and effectiveness, adjusting programmes to close identified skills or compliance gapsPerformance Management & KPIs:● Own the organisation-wide performance review cycle, working jointly with Heads of Department to execute regular performance evaluations● Support Heads of Department in developing departmental KPIs against which employee performance is regularly assessed● Maintain performance review records and ensure evaluations are completed consistently and on schedule across all divisionsGovernment & Public Relations (GR & PR):● Own all Government Relations (GR) and Public Relations (PR) functions, managing these through the HR Assistant – Government & Public Relations Officer● Collaborate with the Administration Manager on travel, visas, embassy services and related logistics affecting employee movements● Ensure QIWA, GOSI, Iqama, visa and related government transactions are completed accurately and on timeEmployee Relations & Workplace Culture:● Manage employee relations matters, investigations and disciplinary processes with discretion and fairness● Champion a collaborative, supportive workplace culture, fostering a genuine team spirit — "one family" — among employees● Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving issues professionallyEmployee Legal Affairs:● Own all employee legal affairs matters on behalf of the company● Coordinate with the in-house legal team to handle employment-related legal matters professionally and confidentially● Ensure employment contracts, policies and disciplinary actions are legally sound and properly documentedHR Records & Emergency Matters:● Maintain accurate, secure HR records and personnel files for all employees, within KSA and internationally● Own emergency and non-emergency HR affairs, acting as the escalation point for urgent employee matters in any jurisdiction● Ensure HR documentation and reporting is always audit-readyPayroll & Benefits:● Own payroll and benefits functions for all employees, working jointly with the Accounting division on processing and reporting● Manage medical insurance enrolment and claims support for all employees, in coordination with the Administration Manager● Ensure payroll and benefits accuracy, timeliness and compliance across all jurisdictions. Workforce optimisation and aligning staffing levels with operational requirements

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferredRelevant Experience:● Minimum 7 years of progressive HR generalist or management experience, ideally within a family office, luxury hospitality, or high-net-worth private household environment● Strong working knowledge of KSA labour law, GOSI, QIWA and Saudization requirements● Experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions/countries is highly desirable● Experience designing and delivering in-house training and performance management programmes● Experience with HRIS/payroll systems● Fluency in Arabic and EnglishJob Competencies:Technical:● KSA labour law and Saudization compliance● Multi-jurisdictional HR compliance● GOSI and QIWA systems● Recruitment and workforce planning● Training and development design● Performance management frameworks● HRIS and payroll administration● Employee relations and investigationsPersonal Competencies:● Global Mindeset● Discretion and confidentiality● Empathy and fairness● Highly organised● Cultural sensitivity● Proactive problem-solver● Team-oriented, culture-building mindset
