HSE INTEGRO focuses on practical, results-oriented solutions that enhance organizational safety culture and regulatory compliance.Role Description The Human Resources Manager at HSE INTEGRO will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives aligned with the company’s HSE-focused mission. The Human Resources Manager will also maintain HR records, manage payroll inputs and benefits coordination in collaboration with finance, and support training programs for staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.QualificationsStrong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding to build and sustain a high-performing team.Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies to support a positive workplace culture.Proficiency in HR policy development, labor law compliance, and handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.Ability to manage HR data, maintain accurate records, and work with HRIS or related HR software for reporting and analytics.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.Demonstrated capability in organizing and supporting training and development initiatives, ideally in safety, compliance, or related areas.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.Previous 10 Years experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably within consulting, professional services, or HSE-related sectors.
