Employment Type: Full-Time🎯 JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our HR operations across multiple campuses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong workforce, supporting employee performance and engagement, and ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization.📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage overall HR operations across all campuses
• Lead recruitment and selection for teaching and non-teaching positions
• Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
• Manage performance appraisal and KPI systems
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits
• Plan and coordinate staff training and development programs
• Monitor manpower requirements and staff retention
• Support employee engagement and recognition activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide HR recommendations to management
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment requirements✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least some experience in a supervisory/management role
• Experience in education, training, service, or multi-branch organizations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• HRIS experience is an advantage
