Headquartered in Jeddah, the company operates a modern network of offices in Riyadh, Khobar, Bahrain, and Dubai, with deep knowledge of local and international markets, emerging trends, and regional cultural dynamics.Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy and local labor regulations, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture. Daily activities include partnering with department leaders on workforce planning, managing HR documentation and systems, supporting training and development initiatives, and handling employee inquiries and conflict resolution. The role also involves monitoring HR metrics, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards, and contributing to organizational development and change management efforts.Qualifications3 years experience. Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support growth across sales, service, and clinical teams.Experience in performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development and implementation.Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, engaging, and compliant work environment.Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS or other HR systems, and maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations; experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is an advantage.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment; proficiency in English required, Arabic language skills preferred.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Jeddah, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle confidential information with discretion.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
