Human Resources Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our Dubai real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of UAE real estate recruitment experience and be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented real estate professionals.The candidate should understand the Dubai real estate market and have hands-on experience recruiting real estate agents, sales consultants, telecallers, and support staff.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment and hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.Recruit experienced UAE real estate agents and sales consultants.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews with management and department heads.Maintain an active database/pipeline of potential candidates.Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation.Conduct onboarding and ensure new employees understand company policies and procedures.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support employee attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.Assist management with performance management and employee-related matters.Build a strong recruitment pipeline to support the company's growth.Requirements1–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience in the UAE real estate industry.Strong understanding of Dubai real estate recruitment.Proven experience hiring real estate agents and sales professionals.Strong communication and interviewing skills.Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media hiring.Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.Candidates without relevant UAE real estate HR/recruitment experience will not be considered.What We OfferFull-time position in a growing Dubai real estate company.Professional and supportive work environment.Opportunity to grow with the company.Performance-driven career development.Direct involvement in building and expanding the real estate team.Share your cv - raj@primerealtydxb.com
