HR Manager – Technology | DubaiAED 15,000 per monthAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing technology company in Dubai as its first dedicated HR Manager.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on HR operations, employee lifecycle management and establishing effective HR processes as the business continues to grow.Key responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycleOversee onboarding, contracts, leave, payroll coordination and offboardingDevelop and implement HR policies and processesManage employee relations and provide HR guidance to managementSupport recruitment and workforce growthEnsure UAE employment and HR complianceBuild the HR function and processes from the ground upThe ideal candidate:Proven experience as an HR Manager within a technology/IT businessUAE HR experience and strong knowledge of local employment practicesComfortable working independently as the first HR hireHands-on, organised and commercially mindedExperience within a fast-growing business is highly desirableThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing technology business at an early stage and play a key role in building its HR function from the ground up.
