This role is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate HR records. Daily tasks include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, managing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s growth and project-driven environment.Qualifications Strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS tools, and maintaining accurate employee records.Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to a commercial interiors environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to support training, development, and engagement initiatives for diverse teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in design, construction, or project-based organizations.Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across functions, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
