People & Culture Manager | DubaiWe are partnering with a growing organisation in Dubai to hire a People & Culture Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who wants to own and shape the full employee experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.What you will doRun day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, HRMS data and HR documentationManage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including visas, insurance, probation, renewals and final settlementsOversee monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and benefits in partnership with FinanceLead recruitment coordination with hiring managers, from job posting through to offer and onboardingAdvise managers on employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary and grievance casesDrive engagement, recognition and culture initiativesOwn the HRIS, improve processes and produce HR reports and dashboards for managementKeep HR practices compliant with UAE labour law and internal governance standardsWhat we are looking for7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role in the UAEStrong, practical knowledge of UAE labour law and HR operationsHands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and strong Excel and reporting skillsA Bachelor's degree in HR; CIPD, SHRM or equivalent preferredSound judgement, discretion and a people-centric approachExperience in professional services, corporate services or free zone environments is a strong advantageIf this sounds like you, apply now or message me directly for a confidential conversation.
