Human Resources Manager

Vogue Vacation Homes is a Abu Dhabi and Dubai based professional holiday home management company specialising in the management and operation of premium short-term rental properties across Dubai. We work with property owners to maximise the performance of their apartments while delivering a high standard of service and guest experience.As we continue to grow our portfolio and expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join us and take ownership of our HR function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall HR function and day-to-day HR operations.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation, performance management, and offboarding.Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for operational and corporate positions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Manage payroll coordination, leave, attendance, and employee benefits.Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and applicable regulations.Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related matters professionally and confidentially.Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.Support management with workforce planning, organisational structure, and staffing requirements.Monitor employee performance and support managers with performance reviews and development plans.Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, insurance, and other employee-related requirements.Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.Prepare regular HR reports and provide management with relevant HR insights and updates.Candidate Requirements5+ years of HR experience, must be in the UAE.Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Department Head.Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR practices.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Professional, hands-on, and approachable personality.Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.Experience in hospitality, holiday homes, property management, hotels, or a similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.What We OfferA senior HR position within a growing Dubai-based company.The opportunity to build and develop the HR function.A professional and dynamic working environment.Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Career growth opportunities as Vogue Vacation Homes continues to expand.
