The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance with applicable labor regulations.The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, preferably with exposure to factory manpower and workforce management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices aligned with organizational objectives.Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for corporate, sales, factory and technical positions.Conduct manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of organizational staffing requirements.Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion and separation processes.Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and coordinate with the finance/accounts team for payroll and salary processing.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts professionally.Manage employee relations and promote a positive and productive work environment.Develop and implement performance appraisal and performance management systems.Identify training and development requirements and coordinate relevant training programs.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations and statutory requirements.Coordinate with management regarding workforce planning, organizational structure and HR-related matters.Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular HR reports for management.Manage HR-related communication and maintain confidentiality of employee information.Oversee general administrative activities and support smooth day-to-day office/factory operations.Coordinate with department heads and factory management regarding manpower and employee-related issues.Support management in organizational development, policy implementation and change management.Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.Required QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with experience in a manufacturing/industrial company.Prior experience handling factory/workforce management will be an advantage.Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.Good understanding of Nepalese labor laws and statutory compliance.Experience with attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR-related systems/software.Ability to work effectively with both management and operational/factory-level employees.Preferred Candidate BackgroundPaints | Manufacturing | FMCG | Cement | Steel | Construction Materials | Chemicals | Pharmaceuticals | Plastic | Packaging | Consumer Goods
