Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Recruit property consultants and support staff across departments.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and support team development.
- Handle employee enquiries and help resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Implement company policies and promote a positive, accountable work culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong recruitment, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
