Creators Mind™ emphasizes high-quality content delivery and continuous support to help educators engage learners and grow their reach effectively.Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Creators Mind™ will oversee end-to-end HR operations and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves managing recruitment and onboarding, designing and implementing HR policies, and coordinating performance management processes. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities to foster retention and development. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and organizing training and development initiatives. The role also includes overseeing payroll inputs, benefits administration, and supporting change management across the organization.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.Experience with training and development, employee engagement programs, and organizational culture initiatives.Ability to work collaboratively with management, handle confidential information with discretion, and resolve conflicts constructively.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency with HR software or HRIS tools, and solid MS Office skills for documentation and analysis.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or CIPD) are an advantage.Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced technology, education, or startup environment.
