Human Resources Manager

For a building materials company, we are looking for an HR Manager to be based in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

Define, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.Manage on a monthly basis HR KPIs, and report these metrics in a concise manner to the management. (headcount, turnover, budget, performance indicators).Define in collaboration with managers yearly hiring plan taking into account possible staff fluctuation.Proceed with recruitment and selection processes based on workforce planning and hiring needs.Create an annual onboarding planning for new employees, including both sales and internal employees.Develop pedagogical content for the onboarding program, and overseeing the content coming from other departments.Ensure the proper execution of the onboarding program, following up closely with Managers.Monitor the 12-month program for new joiners, ensure proper implementation.Proceed with exit interviews and provide a summary and action plan with corrective action to the top management.Manage the end of probation reviews and annual performance reviews.Manage performance management, career progression, and succession planning (pipeline management for key positions).Monitor and control employee turnover, proposing actions to improve retention and engagement.Conduct employee survey, analyse results, propose and implement improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.Maintain updated organizational charts and HR documents
