Department: Human ResourcesIndustry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & MarketingKey ResponsibilitiesManage complete HR operations for manufacturing plant, corporate office and sales & marketing teams.Prepare manpower planning, HR budgets and organization structures.Lead end-to-end recruitment for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions.Manage plant HR, attendance, shifts, leave, overtime and manpower productivity.Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, contract labour and statutory requirements.Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and systems.Manage performance appraisal, KPI/KRA, promotion, increments and PIP.Develop and implement employee training and development programmes, including GMP/GDP and safety-related training.Manage payroll, compensation, employee benefits and HR MIS.Support recruitment and HR management of MRs, ABMs, RSMs, Product Managers and Sales Heads.Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare and organizational development.Manage resignation, exit interview, full & final settlement, relieving and experience documentation.Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports for senior management.QualificationMBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management, or equivalent.Additional qualification in Labour Law / Industrial Relations will be an advantage.ExperienceHR Manager : 10–14+ years Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / Chemical / regulated manufacturing industries will be preferred.⭐ Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in:Plant HR | Labour Compliance | Recruitment | Payroll | Industrial Relations | Training | Performance Management | Employee Engagement | HR MIS | Sales-force HRCandidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and employee-management skills.CompensationCompetitive salary, commensurate with qualification and relevant experience.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV mentioning the position applied for, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and total/relevant experience.Email: careers@srmpl.inWhatsapp: 7653917259
