Human Resources Manager

Role DescriptionGlobe Alliance Company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the company’s human resources function and support its growing workforce across Saudi Arabia.The role will oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance while supporting GAC’s business and operational growth.Experience Required:Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.Mandatory experience in hiring and recruiting manpower for Construction and Facility Management companies.Proven experience recruiting technical, skilled, semi-skilled, supervisory, and management-level employees.Experience hiring manpower for construction projects, facility management contracts, maintenance operations, camps, and site-based projects.Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred.Experience handling high-volume recruitment and urgent manpower requirements for new projects and mobilisations.Experience coordinating with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and sourcing partners is preferred.Required Qualifications:MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management is mandatory.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of relevant HR experience.Proven experience in Construction and Facility Management recruitment.Strong knowledge of recruitment and manpower mobilisation processes.Good understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.Company DescriptionGlobe Alliance Company (GAC) is a dynamic and growing service-based organisation headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing comprehensive and integrated business solutions across multiple sectors.
