Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Vietnam HR Business Partner to managers, translating business priorities into practical people strategies, actions, and advice.Identify and set local HR priorities based on Vietnam’s business needs, employee capability gaps, and labor market conditions, while aligning with SEA and AP regional people priorities.Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle in Vietnam, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies; maintain required HR documentation, exercise HR signatory authority, and represent HR in the Vietnam ISO Core Team.Plan and implement employee engagement, CSR, and internal activities in Vietnam; develop the annual training and development plan and ensure effective local execution.Ensure accurate and timely payroll for Vietnam. Support personnel budget forecasting and management, ensuring proper controls, cost discipline, accurate forecasting, and timely resolution of payroll or budget-related issues.Develop and strengthen the Vietnam HR team by clarifying responsibilities, coaching team members, and improving the overall quality of local HR services.Support talent acquisition initiatives through career fairs, LinkedIn, internal hiring, and employee referral programs; monitor campaign effectiveness and candidate experience.Manage HR communications, including newsletters and intranet content, ensuring messages are timely, clear, and engaging.Oversee Vietnam office administration, facilities, company transportation, and lease management, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-effective services.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.6–8 years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure to HR management, HR Business Partnering, employee relations and disciplinary matters, talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll, budgeting, compliance, and administration.Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, statutory requirements, and payroll controls.Experience working in a cross-country / matrix organization.Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
