Location: Kathmandu(Frequently Visit to Plant Outside Valley)Salary : NegotiablePosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the HR function across multiple business units within a group of companies.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to corporate and manufacturing environments, along with proven experience in HR managerial roles for at least 3–4 years.The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the existing HR team, strengthening HR systems and policies, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic HR support to management across the group. The candidate must be capable of taking urgent decisions smoothly, handling pressure effectively, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with group business objectives.Standardize HR policies, systems, and procedures across group companies.Support workforce planning, organizational development, and manpower budgeting.Provide strategic HR recommendations to senior management.2. HR Team LeadershipLead, manage, and mentor the existing HR team across the group.Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.Build a collaborative and accountable HR culture.Guide the HR team in handling complex employee and organizational matters.3. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionOversee end-to-end recruitment across all group companies.Ensure timely hiring of quality talent for corporate, manufacturing, and operational functions.Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.Strengthen employer branding and recruitment strategies.4. Employee Relations & EngagementHandle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace issues.Maintain positive employee relations across different business units.Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.Conduct investigations and take appropriate corrective actions.5. Performance ManagementManage and strengthen performance appraisal and KPI systems.Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.Identify high performers and support succession and career development planning.6. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify organizational and individual training needs.Prepare and implement annual training and development plans.Coordinate internal and external training programs.Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.7. Compensation & BenefitsReview and maintain competitive salary and benefits structures.Coordinate payroll-related activities with Finance.Manage employee benefits, incentives, and other HR-related compensation matters.Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.8. HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure smooth HR operations across all group companies.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Ensure compliance with Nepalese labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.9. Corporate & Manufacturing HR ManagementManage HR requirements for both corporate offices and manufacturing/production environments.Understand workforce requirements, shift-based operations, manpower planning, and employee relations within manufacturing settings.Coordinate closely with plant/operations management to address HR-related issues and workforce requirements.10. HR Analytics & ReportingPrepare HR dashboards, MIS, and management reports.Monitor key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, recruitment timelines, absenteeism, and employee performance.Provide data-driven recommendations to management.11. Decision-Making & Crisis ManagementTake quick, practical, and well-informed decisions during urgent HR and employee-related situations.Handle pressure and sensitive situations calmly and professionally.Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Act as a reliable HR point of contact for management during critical situations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 5–6 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3–4 years in an HR Managerial/Leadership position.Proven experience in corporate and manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing an existing HR team.Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and HR compliance.Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or companies will be an advantage.Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle urgent matters with sound judgment.Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key CompetenciesHR Leadership & Team ManagementStrategic ThinkingCorporate & Manufacturing HR ExposureDecision-Making & Problem SolvingConflict ResolutionPressure & Crisis ManagementEmployee RelationsConfidentiality & IntegrityCommunication & NegotiationTime Management & MultitaskingOrganizational DevelopmentPeople Management
