The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, proven experience in recruitment and employee management, and the ability to build effective HR processes that support business growth.

HR Strategy & PlanningRecruitment, Hiring & OnboardingUAE Labor Compliance & DocumentationEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementCompensation, Benefits & HR Cost ControlTraining, Development & Organizational CultureHR Operations & HR ReportingPolicy Management & GovernanceVendor & Partner Coordination (as applicable)Job SpecificationsEducation & Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Master’s degree (preferred).HR-related professional qualification (e.g., SHRM/ CIPD / HRCI) (preferred).ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.At least 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE (UAE labor/HR compliance exposure required).Experience covering some or all of: recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR compliance.Knowledge & Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of UAE labor law and relevant regulations (MOHRE and documentation requirements).Solid understanding of:end-to-end recruitment and onboardingdisciplinary procedures and employee relationsperformance management systemsHR documentation and recordkeepingProficient with HR systems/HRIS and HR reporting (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/HR platforms preferred).Strong working knowledge of HR KPIs (turnover, time-to-hire, absence rate, compliance metrics, etc.).Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills (HR–management partnership).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with employees and management.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Close attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.LanguagesEnglish: fluent (required).Arabic: advantage (preferred).Compliance & Work RequirementsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure HR processes remain compliant.Willingness to coordinate with external parties (PRO/immigration vendors, payroll, insurance, training providers) as required.CollaborationWorks closely with: Operations/Department Heads, Finance, Payroll, Legal/Compliance (as applicable), and external vendors
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Experience implementing HR policies and procedures, with knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.Skills in workforce planning, organizational development, and change management within a fast-paced, logistics or similar environment.Ability to handle HR data, maintain accurate records, and use HRIS or similar systems for reporting and analytics.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.Proven capability in coaching managers, supporting employee development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.Previous experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related industries.
