Job Overview:A leading Home & Personal Care Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead the organisation’s HR function.The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations across both blue-collar and white-collar workforces, ensuring strong employee relations, workforce effectiveness, Emiratization, compliance, and HR service delivery. The role will also contribute to broader people initiatives and support business growth through effective HR practices.Key Roles and Responsibilities:* Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the organisation, covering both blue-collar and white-collar employees.* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee movements, and offboarding.* Partner with business leaders and managers on workforce requirements, employee relations, performance, and people-related matters.* Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner.* Lead Emiratization initiatives, ensuring achievement of targets and compliance with UAE requirements.* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations, while maintaining effective HR policies and processes.* Oversee HR administration, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, benefits, and HR reporting.* Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, ensuring accountability, effective processes, and high-quality HR service delivery.* Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, development, and retention initiatives.* Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, people challenges, and HR priorities.* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.* Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.Education Qualification and Experience:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or another operationally intensive environment.* Proven experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Emiratization, and HR compliance.* Previous experience leading and developing an HR team.* Strong employee relations, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.* Hands-on and commercially minded, with the ability to operate effectively at both operational and strategic levels.* Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.* Manufacturing/plant workforce experience will be highly advantageous.
