Apply & track with Apply EdgeHR Manager | Dallas, TX | $90K–$120K+ + BonusWe’re looking for an HR Manager who can build, lead, and make things happen.This role is based in Dallas, TX, but will travel approximately 50% to Turkey, TX during the initial phase while we establish the local HR team and infrastructure.Once the Turkey HR team is fully built, the role will transition primarily to Dallas while continuing to provide HR leadership and support to the operation.What you’ll be doing:Lead HR operations supporting Dallas and Turkey, TXBuild and establish the Turkey HR teamDevelop HR processes, policies, and infrastructurePartner with project and field leadershipLead employee relations and performance managementSupport recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and complianceHelp build a strong workforce culture and employee experienceWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of progressive HR experienceConstruction, industrial, manufacturing, or project-based experience preferredExperience supporting field/hourly employeesStrong employee relations and HR operations backgroundComfortable building processes and working directly with leadershipWillingness to travel 50% to Turkey, TX initiallyCompensation: $90,000–$120,000+ base + bonus eligibility
