HR Manager – Remetea Mare, TimișWe are looking for an experienced, people-oriented and business-minded HR Manager to join the team and play an important role in the development and transformation of the HR function within our production plant in Remetea Mare, Timiș County.In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Plant Management, translating business needs into concrete HR solutions and contributing to the development of the organization, its people and its culture.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, energetic and proactive professional, comfortable working in a dynamic environment and leading change. You should have the ability to build HR processes and systems from scratch where needed, while also ensuring their effective implementation and integration into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR Partner to Plant Management, providing HR expertise and support in business decision-making;Lead, develop and support a team of 4 HR specialists;Assess organizational needs and build and implement HR processes and solutions, including in areas that need to be developed from scratch;Actively contribute to organizational development, including organizational structures, roles, responsibilities and processes;Lead change management initiatives, from identifying the need for change through to implementation and embedding the change within the organization;Develop and implement talent management strategies and processes, with a focus on identifying, developing and retaining high-potential employees;Lead recruitment and retention processes and identify solutions to attract the talent needed to support the plant's development;Develop and implement training, learning and people development programs;Identify opportunities for leadership development and internal capability building;Manage employee relations and contribute to building a positive organizational climate based on communication and trust;Manage and implement processes related to disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures;Manage and develop relationships with employee representatives and participate in Collective Labor Agreement (CCM) processes, including negotiations and updates;Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies and HR procedures;Oversee payroll processes and maintain a strong understanding of salary calculation and personnel costs;Lead the HR and personnel budgeting process, including planning, monitoring and cost analysis;Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support informed business decisions;Develop employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, contributing to strengthening the company's position as an employer of choice;Collaborate with international stakeholders and ensure alignment between local initiatives and the organization's international directions and objectives;Support management in transformation, organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.Profile We Are Looking For:Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing – automotive environment;Previous experience in an HR Manager / HR Business Partner role, combined with experience in team leadership;Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations;Experience in managing and negotiating a Collective Labor Agreement (CCM);Experience in managing disciplinary processes and employee relations;Experience in payroll, salary calculation and personnel cost analysis;Experience in HR budgeting and workforce planning;Experience in change management, with the ability to turn plans into concrete actions and lead change implementation;Experience in building or implementing HR processes from scratch is a strong advantage;Experience in talent management, learning & development and people development;Experience in recruitment and retention, including in environments where attracting talent is a challenge;Experience working with international stakeholders and in regional/global projects;Advanced English, both written and spoken;Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset;Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage.
