Human Resources Manager

Job Description & Requirements : - Performs full spectrum of HR activities except payroll- Drive HRIS Project- Implement HR Policies and Procedures- Responsible for full recruitment cycle- Facilitate the performance management process- Monitor employee relations matters; promote effective communication and enhance working relationship- Monitor and understand employee training needs- Other HR projects and ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned- Reports to Group Chief HR OfficerRequired Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred- At least 5 years of experience in Senior HR leadership roles- Proficient in MS Office applications- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
