🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER – HRBP 🚨📍 Location: Mumbai💼 Experience: 5–8 Years🏢 Industry: QSR / F&B / Retail / Hospitality / Bakery / FMCG⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Dayslooking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HRBP to manage end-to-end recruitment along with HR operations and business partnering for a growing organization.🔹 Key Responsibilities:✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.✅ Handle HR operations, employee relations, and grievance management.✅ Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF).✅ Support employee engagement, retention, performance management, and exit formalities.✅ Maintain HR and recruitment MIS and coordinate with business stakeholders.✅ Visit outlets and the Central Kitchen weekly to address HR and manpower requirements.🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations/HRBP.
• Experience in QSR, F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Bakery, or FMCG is mandatory.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel to outlets and the Central Kitchen every week.
