Human Resources Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and F&B industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the organization's HR function across multiple outlets, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives while driving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist expertise, organizational development experience, and compensation & benefits knowledge, which will align successfully within the organization.About the RequirementsDevelop and implement HR strategies covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and performance management to support business growth.Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, employer branding initiatives, succession planning, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.Manage compensation and benefits programs, salary benchmarking, job grading structures, payroll operations, insurance administration, and employee rewards programs.Drive organizational development initiatives, including performance management frameworks, leadership development, training programs, career progression, and employee capability enhancement.Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, Emiratization initiatives, company licensing obligations, HR governance standards, and regulatory requirements while overseeing employee relations and HR administration.About YouBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
