Tailor my CV for this job — freeUS-Based Architectural Lighting Company | International Projects Bold Lighting is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to lead its HR function and support its teams in Lebanon and the United States. Working closely with senior leadership, the HR Manager will translate business priorities into practical people strategies while ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the HR strategy, workforce plans, and organizational structure.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention.Manage performance appraisal processes, employee development, and learning initiatives.Develop and maintain clear HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation.Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave administration.Advise managers on people matters and handle employee relations professionally and confidentially.Promote a positive workplace culture, effective communication, and employee engagement.Guide the HR team and coordinate with external providers to support compliance across locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience leading an HR team or function.Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor regulations; familiarity with US HR practices is an advantage.Ability to balance strategic priorities with practical, hands-on execution.Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
